When I started training with Vince my goal was to get in shape to be able to play close to provincial A level squash.
Thanks to Vince's guidance and encouragement I was able to get to that goal.
After a summer of hard work I was able to achieve my goal by competing with players ranked in the top 30 in the province.
The fitness programs created by Vince helped my agility and speed on court. Not to mention my endurance.
The simple fact that I was moving better and getting to the ball earlier raised my level of play and let me apply more pressure on my opponents.
I was able to sustain the high pace of competitive squash and to outlast most of my opponents by applying more pressure.
Thanks Vince!
