When I started training with you 4 years ago, I would have never imagined that one day I would be able to accomplish what I did this Sunday. Being on top of the mountain was one of the most amazing and fulfilling experiences of my life. Thank you for all your support through the years – the countess hours of spin, thousands of squats, lunges and the endless corrections to my poor posture and techniqueJ. Most of all thank you for helping me find myself once again and realize what is important in life.
